Brief Introduction

This service is available exclusively to clients residing in suburban locations in Illinois. At this time, I do not provide this service within the City of Chicago.

If your location is not listed among my service areas, please don't hesitate to contact me. I may still be able to accommodate your request; however, additional Lyft travel fees will apply to cover the transportation required for disability accommodations. These travel fees are separate from all other service fees.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and appropriately prepared experience, I require the theme of your event and the anticipated gender composition of your guests at the time of booking. This Information is requested solely for safety, event planning, and preparation purposes.

All bookings and payments are handled directly through witchychigurl.com. For this service, I accept direct payments exclusively through Zelle or PayPal. Once booked, you will receive a formal agreement contract that we both must sign.

WitchyChiGurl Psychic Event & Party Booking Policy

By booking my services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Event Requirements:

• A completely smoke-free environment must be provided at all times during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, cannabis, marijuana, and any other smoking or vaping products.

• Due to health considerations and the need to remain fully alert and focused for each reading, smoking or vaping is not permitted in the reading area or immediate vicinity while services are being provided.

• A private, quiet area must be available for all readings.

• If the event is held outdoors, the client must provide an indoor backup location in case of inclement weather.

• The client must provide a table and three chairs in the reading area, large enough for three people.

Accessibility Accommodation:

• Due to my disability, my assistant will accompany me at all times during the event and must be permitted access to all areas necessary for me to perform my services.

• Due to my disability, I am required to use Lyft transportation for travel to and from events. A travel expense fee will be added to cover transportation costs.

• The travel expense fee is separate from event pricing, deposits, and service fees.

Guest Conduct:

• All guests are expected to treat my assistant and me with respect and courtesy.

• I reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is intoxicated, disruptive, disrespectful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

• I will not provide readings to any individual who is visibly intoxicated or whose behavior interferes with the comfort, safety, privacy, or experience of myself and others.

• No refunds will be issued if a guest is refused service due to their behavior.

Photo & Video Privacy Policy:

• To protect privacy and maintain a respectful reading environment, video recordings are not permitted during individual readings.

• Guests may not record, photograph, livestream, or capture video of me, my assistant, or any part of a reading without obtaining prior consent.

• Any photos or videos taken of my assistant or me require permission beforehand due to privacy considerations.

• If permission is requested and denied, guests must respect that decision and immediately stop recording or taking photos.

• Failure to stop recording, photographing, filming, or livestreaming after being asked will result in refusal of service, and the guest will not receive a reading.

• No refunds will be issued if service is refused for violating this privacy policy.

Reading Time Limits:

• All readings must be completed within the agreed-upon booking timeframe.

• Additional reading time is not included unless the client has prepaid for extra time as specified in the booking agreement and contract.

• Any additional time requested during the event is subject to my availability and is not guaranteed.

• If prepaid additional time has not been arranged in advance, services will conclude at the end of the contracted event time.

Booking & Payment Terms:

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date:

• Up to 10 guests: $187.50 deposit.

• 11–20 guests: $237.50 deposit.

If additional time is added, that fee must be included with the deposit.

A travel expense fee for transportation to and from the event location via Lyft will be added to the booking total. This fee is required because Lyft transportation is necessary due to my disability.

The Lyft travel expense fee is separate from the deposit, event pricing, and additional time fees.

The remaining balance and all travel fees must be paid in full no later than eight (8) hours before the scheduled event start time.

Failure to receive payment, including the remaining balance and travel expenses, by the deadline will result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

All deposits, payments, and travel fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• A minimum of two (2) days’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations under any circumstances.

• Clients may request to reschedule their event rather than cancel.

• I'll work to accommodate a new date and time based on my availability.

• Rescheduling date requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. I'll work to accommodate the dates that work for both of us.

Right to Refuse Service:

• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if the event conditions do not meet the requirements outlined above or if any individual behaves in a disrespectful, unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive manner.

• If the event environment becomes unsafe, excessively disruptive, or fails to meet the agreed-upon requirements, services may be terminated immediately without refund.

Event Format:

• I accommodate group events of up to 20 guests.

• Each guest receives a private individual reading.

• Only one guest is present during their reading.

• The host must provide a private, quiet space.

• An assistant will be present at all times during events.

Reading Duration:

Total session time is 2.5 hours (150 minutes).

Reading time is divided based on group size:

• Up to 10 guests: approximately 15 minutes per reading.

• 11–20 guests: approximately 7–13 minutes per reading.

Exact timing may vary slightly depending on flow, guest count, and group size.

Pricing:

Up to 10 guests: $375.00 (2.5 hours)

11–20 guests: $475.00 (2.5 hours)

Additional Time:

Additional time may be added in advance:

$100.00 per additional hour

Examples:

• Up to 10 guests + 1 additional hour = a total event price of $475.00.

• 11–20 guests + 1 additional hour = $575.00 total event price.

• Additional time must be requested and paid for at the time of booking.

Guest Information Required:

To ensure smooth readings, the guest must provide the following during the time of service:

• First and last name and DOB

• If applicable, the birth date of the person they are asking about

Topics Covered:

My readings focus on:

• Love and relationships, Situationships and emotional clarity, Career and work direction, finances, life path, general future predictions, and erotic predictions, if applicable.

Topics Not Included:

To keep readings focused and ethical, I do not provide guidance on:

• Timeframes or exact prediction dates

Live Event Services Agreement

The only in-person services provided by WitchyChiGurl are approved live events and appearances.

Clients requesting live event services agree to provide accurate event details, including:

• Event location

• Event theme

• Venue information

• Guest information requested for safety and preparation purposes

WitchyChiGurl may require Information regarding the event environment and attendees to ensure proper preparation and safety.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the event location is safe, appropriate, and suitable for the services being provided.

WitchyChiGurl is not responsible for:

• Property damage

• Lost, stolen, or damaged belongings

• Venue conditions

• Guest actions or behavior

• Accidents caused by guests or third parties

• Damages occurring before, during, or after the event

WitchyChiGurl will not cover, reimburse, or pay for any property damage, repairs, replacement costs, or related expenses.

Live Event Client Agreement

✓ I confirm that I have provided accurate event information, including location, event theme, and guest details requested for preparation and safety purposes.

Clients understand that results, experiences, and outcomes vary.

WitchyChiGurl is not responsible for decisions, actions, interpretations, expectations, or outcomes resulting from any service, product, consultation, conversation, reading, or event.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

All sales are final.

Due to the personalized, digital, and time-based nature of WitchyChiGurl services, refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds are not provided.

Customized career documents are created specifically for the purchasing client’s personal use.

Clients may not:

• Copy materials for another person

WitchyChiGurl retains ownership of original methods, templates, processes, and creative frameworks.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, clients agree not to submit fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for services or products that have been delivered, completed, or made available.

WitchyChiGurl reserves the right to provide documentation supporting transactions, including payment records, communications, completed work, and proof of delivery.

Privacy

Client information collected through purchases, bookings, consultations, career services, virtual sessions, and events will be handled responsibly and used to provide services, process payments, communicate with clients, and maintain business records.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Illinois shall govern these Terms of Service.
